Reminder & Tips
Owner's Maintenance Obligations Under Article 4, each Owner is responsible for maintaining their Lot, including all improvements and landscaping, in good condition and repair at all times. Lawn Maintenance Tips
Brown Grass: If your lawn has dead brown grass, it may indicate a lack of regular watering and fertilizing. Ensure you water your lawn adequately and use appropriate fertilizers to maintain its health.
Weeds: If your lawn contains anything other than grass, such as weeds, these need to be removed. Consider using weed control products like Ortho Weed Killer for Lawns which can eliminate weeds without harming your grass.
Dirt Patches: Dirt patches indicate dead areas of your lawn. These should be repaired by either replanting new grass or using a combination of seed and fertilizer, such as Scotts Turf Builder, to rejuvenate these areas.
Examples and Compliance Below are examples of poorly-maintained lawns. If your lawn has these weeds or resembles the following photos, you will receive violation notices, followed by fines.
Maintaining your lawn not only keeps the community looking beautiful but also ensures compliance with HOA rules. Regular upkeep can prevent violations and fines.
