That beautiful entrance that greets you and the trees and landscaping through-out the community are cared for by the HOA, using the funds from the homeowners’ monthly HOA dues. The pristine beauty you enjoy is also a welcome sight for new homeowners. Once you leave the community, you'll notice homes on the outside don't even have sidewalks. Walk around and enjoy our community.
- Keep the peace. It happens. You have a disagreement with a neighbor regarding the rules of the HOA. You can leave the settlement of these troublesome disputes to the HOA Management company versus fighting with your neighbor. The HOA Management company will determine who's right and who's wrong, based on the CC&R and other rules in place by the HOA. A copy of the rules can be found by logging into the member area.
